There might be other flowers that are worn as part of the kanzashi calendar for April, but I wanted to do a lot of cherry blossoms this year. So, that's what I've been doing;

Spring is finally in swing here in Saskatchewan. While cherry blossoms aren't all that common here, when it comes to kanzashi I still very much think of this as the month of cherry blossoms
